Founded in 2006, Taft Woods West is a community of 64 homes, surrounded by nature. The trees, creek, and other natural areas provide a unique oasis within Clayton's growing development.

We rely on volunteers to serve as Board members to spearhead improvements and to keep things running smoothly. Volunteering is a great way to get involved and make a positive impact in our neighborhood.

The Architectural Review Committee inspects ARC Form requests for things like sheds, fences, pools, patios, and paint colors. These volunteers schedule a quick visit to the homeowner's property to make sure the contractor's proposal is not in violation of current covenants and guidelines before submitting the ARC Form to the HOA Board for

The purpose of our Covenants and Design Guidelines is to protect home values by ensuring architectural harmony throughout the neighborhood, while still allowing room for homeowners to express their individuality.
